Ms. Malika Aggarwal is a dual-licensed attorney in New York and India. She completed her L.L.M. in International Legal Studies from Georgetown University Law Center in 2019.
Prior to joining Hayman-Woodward, Ms. Aggarwal worked for private litigation and arbitration law firm in India where she was representing private clients and multinational companies in complex civil and criminal matters. She also headed the research and drafting team that allowed her to assist partners and senior counsel in international arbitration and commercial litigation disputes. Additionally, she also volunteered for pro-bono work at the National Educational Tribunal in India aiding in resolving employee-employer disputes as well as disputes with private educational institutions.
Ms. Aggarwal earned her bachelor’s in law from Panjab University, India, and her bachelor’s in commerce from Hansraj College, New Delhi. During her time at university, she made the Dean’s List and was also appointed as the Arbitration Head of the Georgetown International Arbitration Society.
In her free time, Ms. Aggarwal enjoys traveling, working out, reading and music.
