Mrs. Nathalie Roa earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2018. During her time in law school, she assisted a non-profit organization on immigration court matters.
Prior to joining HAYMAN-WOODWARD, Mrs. Roa represented clients on asylum cases, employment and family-based immigration law, motions to reopen, and waivers of inadmissibility. Additionally, she has advised Latin American citizens in obtaining legal status in the U.S.
Mrs. Roa also earned her law degree at Universidad Externado de Colombia in 2013 and specialized in Commercial Law in 2015 from the same school. During her time there, Mrs. Roa worked as a Judicial Intern for a Colombian judge, focusing on civil matters. She is licensed to practice law in Colombia. For three years, Mrs. Roa worked for one of Latin America’s largest banks and for a top movie industry company in Colombia.
Mrs. Roa is now licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
