USCIS Extends Flexibility for Responding to RFEs, NOIDs, and Decisions During COVID-19 Outbreak

Flexibility for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services requests has been extended through September 11th, 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This extension is to assist applicants and petitioners who are responding to certain:
  • Requests for Evidence;

  • Notices of Intent to Deny;
  • Notices of Intent to Revoke;
  • Notices of Intent to Rescind and Notices of Intent to Terminate regional investment centers;
